How close is Camp-Sandusky to Cedar Point?
We are just over six miles from Cedar Point. That's usually less than a ten-minute drive.

Do you have a shuttle to get us to Cedar Point?
 No, we do not have a shuttle bus, but

Are there bathrooms and showers in your cabins?
 No, but we have two all-modern bathroom and shower facilities just a short walk away.

How old do you have to be to stay at Camp-Sandusky?
You must be 21 to rent a cabin, and 18 to rent a tent or RV site.

What activities do you offer for children?
We have a swimming pool, an air-conditioned game room, a playground, and a bunny farm where kids can pet and feed the bunnies. New for 2008 is the construction of Fort Sandusky, a new play area.

What are your office hours?
The office opens at 8:30 a.m. and is open until at least 10:00 p.m. daily. The office will remain open later on Fridays and Saturdays. We have staff on the grounds at all times.

Are pets allowed at your campground?
 Yes, we allow either dogs or cats inside RVs. We do not allow pets in tents, pop-ups, or our cabins.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-in begins at 2:00. Welcome packets will be available for people arriving after the office closes.

Is Camp-Sandusky near fishing sites?
 Yes, there are many great fishing locations within 10 minutes of the campground. We have maps and information available at the front desk.

Can we bring our own firewood?
No, we don't allow people to bring their own firewood. You can, however, purchase some of ours at the store for a very reasonable price.
